What’s included with the price?
The price includes the entire place to yourselves with free play on all machines and consoles. We also have a cash bar available.
Can I bring food?
You may bring food/snacks. Be sure to also bring any plates and/or utensils you may need as we don’t typically have those on hand. Soda and water are also allowed.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Due to the nature of our alcohol licensing, you may not under any circumstance bring your own alcohol. Anyone caught with outside alcohol will be promptly asked to leave. We do have a cash bar available for any adults who would like to drink.
CAN I COME IN EARLY TO SET UP?
You may arrive 15 minutes early to set up food/decorations/etc.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
To secure your reservation, your invoice must be paid in full within 5 days of receipt OR no later than 24 hours before the start time of your party, whichever comes first. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the scheduled party time will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made 48 hours or less before the scheduled party time will not be refunded.
